Bookkeeper/Payables & Receivable Clerk

Expected duties include but are not limited to data entry via QuickBooks, daily accounts receivable processing, weekly accounts payable processing, payroll, general ledger, and general office duties.

Corporate Legal Assistant

Expected duties include but are not limited to coordinating the work schedules of various attorneys, facilitating efficient communication with clients, document preparation and formatting, and handling mailings.

Marketing Coordinator

Expected duties include but are not limited to budgeting and tracking for Marketing and Business Development expenses, post new items to the Focus Practice Management website (and those of clients who wish to), review and recommend public relations opportunities to clients, manage and curate imagery needed for advertisements, website, proposals, etc., assist with planning and coordinating webinars/events.

Receptionist/Admin

Expected duties include drafting correspondences, scheduling appointments, greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, and general office duties.

Recruiter

Expected duties include but not limited to developing and altering job postings based off need​, maintain the company’s hiring platforms, qualify or reject candidates based on resume reviews, send letters of hire or declination based off interview notes, serve as contact person for questions from candidates.

Litigation Legal Assistant

Expected duties include but are not limited to: drafting letters; filing pleadings, motions, orders, etc.; arranging for service of process; scheduling depositions; securing court reporters; ordering medical records; assisting with discovery demands and responses and assisting the litigation lawyers in any way necessary.
