James Trombino

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Trombino's experience includes overseeing and directing office management, financial operations, human resources, and contracts for business services. He has extensive experience in budget planning, cash flow management, and developing dynamic strategic plans to support business growth. Mr. Trombino is the firm’s primary liaison to outside accountants, banks, and individuals marketing corporate services (health insurance, 401k plans, and other liabilities).

Sarah Wegener is the Operations Manager at Focus Practice Management, serving over 20 attorneys and professional staff. 

Michelle Trick

Bookkeeper

Michelle Trick has more than 20 years’ experience in the area of finance.  In her current role as Bookkeeper, her focus is on Account Receivable, Payroll as well as Administrative Support.

Stefania Quattrociocchi

Bookkeeper

With over 10 years of experience in billing, Stefania is one of the bookkeepers in Focus Practice Management. In her current role, her focus is on accounts receivable, invoicing, as well as administrative support.

Rebecca Sisson

Legal Assistant

Rebecca is a legal assistant providing administrative assistance to the Litigation Department. She is a 2010 graduate from Bryant and Stratton with an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies and has worked in the legal profession for over ten years.

Jane Northrop

Legal Assistant

Jane Northrop has an extensive administrative support background.  She has experience in both local and international law firms as well as major Rochester based corporations.  Her support expertise has been primarily focused in Corporate and Intellectual Property Law.

Linda Culhane

Legal Assistant

Linda is a legal assistant in the Litigation department. She has previously worked in the Litigation, Family Wealth, and Estate Planning Departments in a local law firm for 16 years.

Kim Edlin

Legal Assistant

Kim Edlin is a legal assistant within the Litigation department. In addition to her work with the Litigation team, Kim also works with the the Health Care and Labor & Employment departments regarding their litigation matters. 

Dorene Peters

Legal Assistant

Dorene is a legal assistant, primarily working within the Labor & Employment ​department. She has over 30 years of experience in assisting attorneys with their administrative needs.

Chacora Abrams

Legal Assistant

Chacora is a legal assistant providing administrative support to the Corporate department. She has an extensive background in assisting with corporate maintenance tasks, drafting legal documents, filing property tax appeals, and performing research.

Virginia Sandberg

Receptionist

Ginni started with the Law Office of Pullano & Farrow in 2016 as the firm’s receptionist.  In addition to greeting clients and managing incoming calls, she also provides clerical and administrative support for the office. Ginni’s prior management experience includes the following: fulfillment and purchasing for a large company, staff training, and management of seminar teams. Ginni also has experience working in accounts payable.  

McKenzie Henry

McKenzie is a receptionist at Focus Practice Management. She has prior experience in customer service, management, and communications. 

Andrea Schuler

Receptionist

Andrea serves as the Receptionist for Focus Practice Management, with prior experience in customer service. Before joining the team, Andrea previously worked as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist for the Wilmorite and The Marketplace Mall.
