Jim's experience includes overseeing and directing office management, financial operations, human resources, and contracts for business services. He has extensive experience in budget planning, cash flow management, and developing dynamic strategic plans to support business growth. Jim is the firm’s primary liaison to outside accountants, banks, and individuals marketing corporate services (health insurance, 401k plans, and other liabilities).
