Mr. Trombino's experience includes overseeing and directing office management, financial operations, human resources, and contracts for business services. He has extensive experience in budget planning, cash flow management, and developing dynamic strategic plans to support business growth. Mr. Trombino is the firm’s primary liaison to outside accountants, banks, and individuals marketing corporate services (health insurance, 401k plans, and other liabilities).

Mr. Farrow is a Member at Focus Practice Management. His areas of expertise include overseeing office management, financial operations, and business growth and development. Mr. Farrow also has experience as a corporate attorney, giving him extensive knowledge in assisting with contracts and personal business matters.

Mr. Valentino is a Member at Focus Practice Management. His expertise includes directing office operations, and business growth and development planning. He also has a background practicing as litigation attorney for over 20 years. With his extensive experience, Mr. Valentino offers a wide variety of knowledge and support at Focus.

Sarah Wegener is the Operations Manager at Focus Practice Management, serving over 20 attorneys and professional staff. 

With over 12 years of experience in the accounting field working for a CPA, Tamara has had the pleasure of working with a variety of clients and types of businesses. In her current role, Tamara assists clients on a wide range of bookkeeping needs.

Nick Spinelli is the IT Support Administrator at Focus Practice Management. He has several years of experience in Computer Information Systems and Information Technology as well as a background in Audio/Visual design.

Kelli Cavanaugh has over six years of experience as a bookkeeper.  In her current role, her focus is on data entry, payroll, and administrative support.

Jennifer is a Marketing Coordinator with background in sales and diverse marketing experience in media and small businesses. 

Rachael Cavalier is a receptionist at Focus Practice Management. Prior to joining Focus, Rachael was employed as an administrative and personal assistant for three years.

Jane Northrop has an extensive administrative support background.  She has experience in both local and international law firms as well as major Rochester based corporations.  Her support expertise has been primarily focused in Corporate and Intellectual Property Law.
